单根电缆垂直燃烧测试仪用于测试电线电缆在过热、过流等非正常状态下，其绝缘层的阻燃性能。应用于电线电缆或光缆的垂直火焰蔓延测试，同时可检验在火焰条件下滴露物的燃烧状况。

Single Cable Propagation Tester is used to test single wire and cable wires and cables in the heat, flow under abnormal conditions, such as, the insulating layer of fire-retardant properties. Vertical flame spread test for wires and cables or fiber-optic cable, also can be tested under fire conditions of dettol combustion.

主要特点Main Features：

1、智能仪表控制系统；

2、系统自动点火，自动计时；

3、试验部分和控制部分组成采用一体化设计，方便现场安装和调试。

4、 钣金喷漆箱体，内部腔体高度为1200mm，宽度300mm，深度为450mm；

5、两根不锈钢钢杆，穿孔加螺栓固定单根电线电缆或光缆试样；

6、燃烧器为预混合型，内径为￠12±0.5mm，长约100mm。1KW混合型标准燃烧器，可提供精准测试火源；控制箱配备压力表、减压阀、转子流量计及切断球阀；

7、控制箱体内部配备气体单向阀，提供更多的安全保证；

8、火焰施加时间及持燃时间可在0～99分99秒范围内调节。试验过程自动控制。

9、进口针阀精确调节火焰高度，按标准要求蓝色火焰50mm~60mm, 总高170mm~190mm；

10、进口针阀控制气体流量：丙烷650ml/min ±30ml/min;空气10L/min±0.5L/min；

11、进口品牌气体压力表及调压阀，精确控制气体压力；

12、配有火焰高度卡尺。

13、带燃气流量计及压力调节；自动点火。

14、喷灯角度45°，0°可调。

15、火焰校验装置为选配。
